SYLVIA in the snow

Today was all about indoor play; Lego Harry Potter game on the Wii, and fun at an indoor play gym with lots of other homeschoolers (so we're properly "socialized" ;-)
Yesterday was about outdoor play.  We took a walk while the snow was lightly falling and Sylvia wanted to bring along her little snow shovel.

 The Starkweather Creek is about half of a block from our house, so that's where we went.  Shoveling the grassy area wasn't so easy, but the creek had a perfect dusting of snow...
 ...perfect for shoveling one's name in large letters.  I walked the path and Sylvia shoveled over my footprints.
