weekend goodness

There's not much left in the garden, but we can still harvest kale, arugula, cilantro, radishes, cabbage, and brussel sprouts.  Ayla is always an eager garden harvester.

Grandma and Grandpa came to visit this weekend.  We visited a local pumpkin patch and enjoyed the Halloween activities.

After Grandma and Grandpa said goodbye, some of our good friends came out to visit this weekend, too!

 We enjoyed our usual mama chat and making music together, while the girls free-range explored the house, yard, and surrounding area.  Our total of five girls range from age 2 to 12 and have known each other since birth.  They always enjoy each others' company!

Two sets of visitors to our country home in one weekend . . . that's a wild social calender for our (mostly) introverted family!
