  1. Lovely stuff! My hubs is making elderflower champagne from an old recipe I found online for "Gonga's Pop": I made it for the first time a couple of years ago and it is deeeeelicious! :-)

  2. Ooooh, Chloe that does sound goood. Ever since I was in highschool I thought it would be fun to make dandelion wine, but elderflower champagne sounds much lovelier :) I might have to try that recipe...
