We had another apple-y Sunday.  This time with friends.  Yay!  I'm going to make apple cider vinegar with some of the apple scraps.  The chickens greatly enjoyed the leftover bits from last time we pressed cider, but I took out two gallon jugs worth for vinegar this time before the chickens got it.

Monday, was a day for climbing hay bales, wet felting ...

which turned into a bath in the yard

Then, two sisters glad to be together at the end of the day, walking in the fields with their puppy.  Camille boosting Sylvia onto the bales, catching her as she jumps down, giggling, holding hands

Today, cloudy and wet, was more of a day for baking bread, knitting, drawing, Wii-playing.  I love the rhythm of in-an-out, expansion-and-contraction, active-and-calm that arises naturally in the flow of our days. Though to be perfectly honest, a very whiny 4 year old girl needs some attention, so back into the flow I go.
