We made Apache acorn cakes today.  They are sweet, chewy, earthy, nutty little tortillas.

Yah, Sylvia wasn't too sure what to think, until we covered it in homemade strawberry-rhubarb sauce.

Even then, one was enough for her.  I rather like them.

If the global economy totally collapses.  You can come out here.  We can eat acorn cakes together.  I'm kidding.  Kind of  ;-)
